Required
* Passport(original), have to be valid for the duration of studies + 1 month
* Two copies of your Photograph (with white background )
* A letter of approval for study permit from a Canadian educational institution with the confirmation of the course name, type and duration of course
* Certificates of all educational qualification including marksheets
*Evidence of funds which is sufficient to cover your tuition and living expenses
*Students must attach anstatement of one year transaction from their personal bank account as well as fixed deposit certificates, savings certificates etc.
*You must also exhibit that the funds will be sufficient and available to support you during the entire duration of your study program
*Assurance of any stipend or research assistantship including the name of institution providing the stipend mentioning the amount per semester.
* If any sponsor provide some or entire of your funds (either parents or third party) you must include the followings:
1 .Notarized proclamation of sponsorship. If you have two or more sponsors, a separate proclamation must be submitted for each sponsor.
2. Detailed informations of income of each sponsor with necessary documents such as property documentation, land factum, business license and tax informations.
3. You must also submit the income tax forms for past 3 years.
If anyone other than you or your parents is affording funds, you have to include the followings:
1. Letter, explaining the reason why this person is affording
2. Number of members are living in this person's household
3. Certificate (birth, marriage or school certificates) that proves the relationship between you and this person.
4. Affidavits are not acceptable as a proof of relationship.
5. Proof of employment for your parents including full name, contact number, permanent address, length of service and salary details).
6. If you are willing to pursue your study in Quebec province you must have to submit a CAQ (certificat d acceptation du Quebec) from the Government of Quebec.
7. Certificate announcing Police clearance and birth certificates
8. If your age is under 18 at the date of departure towards Canada, you must submit a guardianship certificate which is notarized by both your legal guardian (parents) and the figure who will be your guardian in Canada.
9. If a consultant or a legal delegate who has assisted you to submit your application; you should submit the detailed profile of this person (his name, company's name, address and contact number). If that man is at Canada, provide his CSIC number.

Application procedure
International students who are willing to pursue their higher studies in Canada should start planning 1 year in advance. Normally, the major intake are offered by Canadian universities in the month of September which is known as 'Fall'. The other intake known as 'Winter' are offered in the month of January. Very few universities offer intake in the month of May.
English Language
Requirements
Students must have fluency in English if they are interested in pursuing their studies in Canada. For international students, there is some linguistical requirements. All students have to take up IELTS or TOEFL exams. An IELTS band of 6.5 out of 9 is required for undergraduate admission and usually 6.5 or 7 is required for postgraduate course. In the other hand a TOEFL score of 80 for undergraduate and 90 and above are required for postgraduate purpose.
