An enthusiastic, adaptive and fast-learning

Administrative Service:
- September 2015-till present: Working as the Program Coordinator of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Southeast University. As the Program Coordinator
of EEE Department, I have taken the following initiatives:
(a) Initiate Science Olympiad for College level students for promoting the University
(b) Assist Chairman dept. of EEE to developed and revised the undergraduate course curriculum of EEE Department, and it is passed in the 24th Academic Council Meeting of SEU. It is effective from Fall 2016 Semester
(c) Assist Chairman dept. of EEE to developed and submitted the postgraduate course curriculum of M.Sc. Engg. in EEE program. Prepared its mode of operation. It is passed in the 25th Academic Council Meeting of SEU.
(d) Assist Chairman dept. of EEE to prepared and presented the Perspective 05-Year Plan of EEE Department at the Vice Chancellor‟s meeting
(e) Assist Chairman dept. of EEE to prepared a strategic plan for the EEE Department including SWOT Analysis, resource planning, human resource development planning, resources development planning, action plans and annual activity plans.
(f) Working for IEB accreditation of B.Sc. in EEE program
(g) Assist Chairman dept. of EEE to prepare standard template for report writing using Microsoft Word and midterm presentation style using Microsoft Power Point and final presentation using A0 size poster
(h) Assist Chairman dept. of EEE to Introduce Course File submission system for the department containing course outline, quizzes, questions, assignment, laboratory experiment sheets and other course related activities

August 2017 organized by Southeast University (SEU), Dhaka, Bangladesh. The
training session was conducted by Dr. M. Shamsher Ali, Professor Emeritus, SEU

[3] Participated in a half-day workshop on “SWOT Analysis and Strategic Plan” on 11 March 2017 organized by the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Southeast University. The workshop was conducted by Prof. Dr. ANM Meshquat Uddin, Vice Chancellor, Southeast University (SEU) as resource person.

Session on “VLSI Design Course for Undergraduate Students” on 16 January 2017
organized by IEEE Bangladesh Young Professional Section at Engineering Faculty
of American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), Dhaka. The training was
conducted by Prof. Syed Mahfuzul Aziz, Department of EEE, University of South
Australia as resource person.
[5] Participated in a day-long program on
“IEEE mini POCO 2.0” on 12 November 2016 organized by IEEE Bangladesh Section
at Hotel Swiss Garden, Banani, Dhaka. The key-note speakers were Prof. Dr.
Saiful Islam, VC, BUET and Prof. Dr. M. Rizwan Khan, VC, UIU.
[6] Participated in a half-day Training
Program on “Scientific Method of Report Writing” on 18 August 2016 organized by
the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Southeast University. The
training was conducted by Prof. Dr. Sanjoy Kumar Adhikary and Prof. Dr. M. Abul
Kashem, Quality Assurance Specialists of HEQEP-UGC as resource persons.
[7] Attended a seventeen days Special
Training Course on Nano-Fabrication
Technologies from 18 January to 3 February 2016 organized by Indian Institute
of Science (IISc), Bangalore, India.

Academic Projects:
- “All digital DLL based Frequency Multiplier Design using 0.35um CMOS process” Supervised by Behzad Mesgarzedah, PhD, Linkoping University, Sweden. The project mainly involved designing an all digital implementation of a DLL for frequency multiplication purpose in Cadence.
- “Design of low power, high speed 16-by-16 multiplier”, Supervised by Mark Vesterbacka, Associate Professor, Linkoping University, Sweden. The project mainly involved modeling a 16-by-16 multiplier in VHDL and then using pipelining and interleaving techniques to achieve high speed and low power characteristics, using NanoSim.
